Los Angeles, CA October 25, 2019-According to the Small Business Administration, sole proprietors (roughly 70% of all small businesses) fail at three times the rate of their larger counterparts annually. This week The Entrepreneur Café, LLC brings their Bridging the Entrepreneurial Divide program, to the city of Los Angeles. Bridging the Entrepreneurial Divide focuses on helping to spread entrepreneurship, innovation, and economic development at the local and community level. This week’s workshop Are You Startup Ready? will be held at Carr Workplaces (700 S. Flower Street, Suite 1000 Los Angeles, CA 90017) on Friday, November 1, 2019, at 1 p.m. Registration is limited.
Are You Startup Ready? is designed to help entrepreneurs better navigate the small business landscape before considerable time and money have been spent. Attendees will be able to more clearly align their business goals and objectives, better evaluate their ideas and brand, determine their company’s own unique factor, evaluate critical business next steps while crafting a winning mission statement. Los Angeles residents unable to attend can register for a Small Business Consultation from The Entrepreneur Café, LLC.
The Bridging the Entrepreneurial Divide program is made possible through partnerships with community organizations, local municipalities, libraries, faith-based-institution, academic and business partners, and other entrepreneurs that are interested in helping to spread entrepreneurship, innovation and economic development in their respective your communities. The goals of the project are to (1) Help foster local entrepreneurial talent that although may lie latent and underdeveloped today, could provide the spark needed to revive communities tomorrow. (2) Help early-stage entrepreneurs tap into greater economic development efforts. (3) Eliminate some of the lending constraints by creating a more investment-friendly environment at the local, community level.
