We are committed to providing you with unlimited revisions for up to two weeks after the initial completion of the project. So rest assured that your plan will be completed to your satisfaction.

1. Contracting: After having the opportunity to weigh all of your options and choosing one of our plans, we require a payment of 50% of the project fee (final 50% payment due at the completion of the project).
2. Discovery: At this stage we begin to find out all of the pertinent information related to your business. We will use this information in order to guide the overall development of your plan. This discovery process is completed through the return of our detailed business development questionnaire or through a scheduled phone interview. At this time we will also begin using the information you provided in order to guide our extensive market research for the development of your plan. The discovery process usually takes between 1 and 2 days.
3. Development: After we have spent sufficient time conducting the proper due diligence on your company and compiling the necessary marketing data we will begin to craft the various sections of your business plan. Throughout the duration of the project, we check in with you and your organization from time to time to ensure that your plan is being prepared to your specifications.
   After the completion of your plan your document will be checked for accuracy and overall consistency. Upon final payment of 50% of the project’s outstanding balance, your completed document will be emailed to you for review and edits. Other delivery options are available at your request.
4. Revisions: Your satisfaction is our satisfaction so we are committed to unlimited revisions for up to two weeks after the initial completion of the project. Extensions can and will be made on a case by case basis. We are committed to making sure that your project comes out as close to perfect as possible.

On August 15, 2006 The Entrepreneur Café, LLC submitted a Trademark/Service Mark Application, as the principal register of The Entrepreneur Café, LLC under Services, International Class 35 (Advertising and Business) with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The assigned examining attorney has since reviewed the referenced application and determined the following. The Office records have been searched and no similar registered or pending mark has been found that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. §1052(d). TMEP §704.02.
